Show New Relief Map of Utah " Ready for Distribution In answer to a heavy demand for a new and accurate relief map of the suite. i:ie raw materials ma-terials division of the State .Oe-partment .Oe-partment of Publicity and industrial in-dustrial Development in cooperation coop-eration with the L'nited States Geological Survey have prepared prepar-ed such a map which is now readv for distribution. The map is available at the Tl'lD. M2 Atlas Building. Salt Lake City, at 50 cents per copy. Every modern technique and skill in map making has. been used in the development of this map. r Aerial photography and photographic techniques developed devel-oped during the W orld War II for the preparations of secret Army maps were utilized. Cartographers Car-tographers from the V. S. Geological Geo-logical survey, Utah Colleges and the State Department of Publicity Public-ity and Industrial Development have proofed the map and everything ev-erything possible has been done to increase the accuracy and readability of this new Utah map. |
