Show Museum Start Made By S. H. Sons of Pioneers In preparation for the establishment estab-lishment of a permanent museum mu-seum at the Pioneer Memorial State Park at the prison site, the Sugar House chapter of Sons of Utah Pioneers is completing a temporary museum at 3000 Connor Con-nor St. Purpose of the museum is two fold, according to chapter chap-ter president Horace A. Soren-sen: Soren-sen: (1) To provide immediate housing for collection of pioneer relics; (2) to aid in formulating final plans for permanent museum mu-seum at the prison site. Museum Pieces Pioneer carriages and vehicles, pioneer tools and furniture, an extensive old-time gun collection, collec-tion, and century-old books and papers are among the items to be displayed in the museum. Museum building is a converted con-verted "roundhouse" on Mr. Sc-rensen's property. Work is now nearing completion on the temporary museum, and an access ac-cess road will then be built to tile structure.
