Show Well-known Pair Celebrate Golden Wedding, Mon. Monday Mr. and Mrs. S. C. Sorensen, 256 Twelfth East St. entertained thir friends at an open house to celebrate the anniversary an-niversary of their wedding 50 years ago. The couple is pop-i pop-i ular and prominent in the Southeast and in down-town i ' k v -' jj&X ' Mr. and Mrs. Sorensen Salt Lake, too. Mr. Sorensen is president of th Southeast Furniture Company in Sugar-house. Sugar-house. Both have long been active in the church. Their children are well-known leaders lead-ers in Southeast's business world. The couple have seven children: Horace A. Sorenen, 1 S. Morgan Sorensen, J. Gordon Sorensen, Calvin Sorensen, Mrs. Harve P. Anderson, Mrs. William Wil-liam T. Stucki, and Mrs. Albert E. Noall. The Sorensens are justly proud of this record. They have 3 grandchildren on missions. There are 21 grandchildren and; four great-grandchildren in all. The Sorensens have served the LDS church well and they have traveled extensively. |
