Show Highland Stake High Council Feted o Monday night, Dec. 9, a party was given for the members of the Highland Stake and their wives by four members of the council John Longden, Dr. Lorin L. Richards, Howard McKean, David Beardshall and their wives. There were about 25 couples in attendance. Held at the Doll's House, the party featured good food, wonderful won-derful entertainment and excellent excel-lent company. On the program were: Francis Urrey, who gave a reading; the Melody Maids' violin vi-olin quartette; Stanley Russon, who presented h i s hilarious I routine of putting his watch I back together; and Mr. Williams, who charmed the group with his inimitable imitations. Honored guests of the evening eve-ning were Presiding Bishop and Mrs. LeGrand Richards. The table decorations were of a Christmas motif. |
