Show Marlborough Ward Sets Welfare Fete A gala fair, Marlborough Ward Welfare Fair, is being planned for three days in the middle of July July 14, 15 and 16. Fair site will be on the grounds of the new chapel, 1600 South Ninth East Streets. All manner of carnival machines ma-chines and mechanical devises will be in operation, according to General Chairman Fred E. Curtis. Cur-tis. These will include ducking machines, ping pong, fish ponds, bowling and shooting gallaries. Much of the equipment has been secured "through the cooperation co-operation of Riverside Stake, Mr. Curtis said. All three evenings, dinner will be served by the ward Relief Re-lief Society members. According to the chairman, the ward has been divided into three parts. Each division will have a night to handle the dinner chores . . handing everything from the purchasing to the cooking and cleaning up after the party is over. Each meal will be divided up into a number of tempting, tasty courses, Mr. Curtis said. Each course will be sold at a flat rate of ten cents. Dinner will get under way each evening eve-ning at 6 p.m. Prizes are being given away for the best decorated booth.
