Monday evening the members of the new club committee met with the club at Judd's Drive Inn and they report back that all arrangements foi' the charter char-ter night party have been completed. com-pleted. The party will be held on the fourth Thursday in January, Janu-ary, that is, Jan. 23, 7:30 p.m., at the Lafayette ballroom of the Hotel Utah. The committee has suggesed that it be semi-formal so that the girls may wear their party dresses. As the sponsoring sponsor-ing club, Holladay should be very well represented at this charter night party. Remember the date Thursday. Each year the Holladay Hol-laday Lions with the cooperation coopera-tion of Lion Jack Haigh, manager man-ager of the Holladay theater, entertain the children from our own area and the children from East Mill Creek at a special Christmas show. This year again botii performances were packed as the kids came from far and near to enjoy this annual party. Thanks, kids, for coming out. It was fun, having you.
