KEYSER I was born July 17, 1887 in Salt Lake City and first became 'af-: 'af-: filliated with the Boy Scouts in 1919, being appointed Chairman of Finance for the Executive Council. Next I acted as Vice-President Vice-President of the Council and in was elected President, and I was again chosen at the last Annual Meeting. Some of my duties are: .Appointing .Ap-pointing the committies to handle I various activities of the council; advising and consulting with the council Executives Gene Hammond, Ham-mond, Royal Stone and Storrs Smith; presiding over the monthly meeting of the council; and twice as many other things as Storrs said he had to do. (Note: This would be about 10,000,000). The Executive council helps the Scout Executives in the same way that a troop committee as-! as-! sists the scoutmaster, and we hope to continue to bring scouting scout-ing to more boys and always improve. |
