Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rolfe board Western Airlines Plane for Las Vegas Las Vegas Vacation For Mr. And Mrs. Rolf Off on a gala three day holiday in glamorous Las Vegas are Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rolfe, 1359 Hudson Ave. Mrs. Rolfe,"Claire" won the delightful trip by naming the little burro, "Spunky." The trip is a compilation of firsts in the young couples life. Claire has never been to Las Vegas, neither of them had ever flown prior to boarding the Western Airlines Plane, for the exciting trip. Monday evening they were dinner guests of Allen Coombs at the Beau Brummel, Tuesday Claire had the works at Glenn's Hair Fashions, manicure, hair style and all, "first time out for profes-sional manicure too," she beamed oy Ralph Jones of Mt. Air Shop-ping Center and Ken Lowry of Mel-- o Freeze who drove them to the hotel, got Jtheir tickets and waved them on their way to Las Vegas. They were luncheon guests of Ralph Jones at the airport. A bouquet is in order for Erma of Antionette's for at the first drawing her name of "Antionette" was chosen for the little burro, but Erma, a prominent business figure on the strip, declined the honor and insisted there should be another drawing, although she was entitled to enter the contest. She's helped add many firsts and days of excitement, long to b6 rememoerevi, in a young couples life, and although "Spunky" may not be ' as sophisticated as "An- - tionette,"never-th- e less the name will appropiately fit. FASHIONS ' A busy article of clothing these days is a bathing suit, and in all he history of swim suits, never 'ave they been so attractive, and ro s':i!lfully designed. Although the big rush en bathing suits is ever by this time, with summer well on it's way, there are still many lovely suits to be had in the shops. Also consider the sales coming up, and for you late-comers, this may be an oppor-tunity plus. All the ponular )ead Ing brands are carried right in Sugar House, and they are r.o appealing, it presents a real puz-zle for the fair lady, in which one to select. If you are looking for a suit, see the Janlzen and Rosemarie Reid among others at Keith O' Drien and La Ries. At Halmar's, Catalina offers a unique guide service in selecting the perfect suit for your figure and coloring. A color wheel corresponding to all skin tones, and expert advice on how to minimize your figure faults, and make the most of your good points, is truly, a help. It certainly eliminates a lot of guess work in what to choose. With less than a perfect figure, you can appear in a swim suit out drawing attention to your deficiences, if you know how t? choose the right suit. There is as much detail to be considered in selecting a bathing suit as in a formal gown. Elastic trunks, elasticized backs, feather-bonin- g in bodice inn2r brassieres with proportioned cups, or attached padding for the dimunitives, all help to 'make' the even though heavily elasticized. only compliment the slender figure. .The 'short' suit underscored with elasticized trunks is becoming to every kind of figure except the heavy-hippe-d. If maximum slenderizing is your goal, look for a dressmaker suit with pronounced vertical details. Whatever your figure problems, or whatever your needs may be, you can find the answer beauti-fully right in Sugar House, effect-ively, economically and easily.
