BOUND OVER TO DISTRICT COURT orrin orria curry dandy hubbard and jimmie wash indians who were recently accused of having in their possession peyote or mexican button iton had their preliminary hearing I 1 before justice alma poulson in duchesne mr poulson ordered that they be bound over for hearing at the next term of district court and that they be admitted to ball bail in the sum of tor for orrin curry and for each of 0 the others in the case 0 of the state 0 of utah versus grant murray and roy jordan the defendants were also let out on ball bail and their trial will come before the district court A complaint was waa sworn out accusing them of breaking and entering the pool hall belonging to orin smith ant taking and stealing property in said building when brought before justice poulson and after an investigation vesti gation of the case the boys were given bail and bound over to the higher court
