Show The Devere Ostler's and son, from Salt Lake were visitors at the Bill "Ostler home and also at the home of M. F. Jennings at Bridge-land. Bridge-land. Mrs. Malinda Marchant enjoyed a visit from her brother E. C. Gunderson from Menan, Idaho and also Mr. and Mrs. Vern Gundersdn. Mr. and Mrs. M. J. Knight and family attended a wedding in Kamas for Mr. and Mrs. Farrell Knight. Mr .and Mrs. Alma Wills and Mr. and Mrs. Arvin Bellon were dinner guests Saturday night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Shields. Mrs. Peggy Ruppel was taken to the Roosevelt Hospital Monday for treatment. Her condition is reported report-ed to be much improved. The Wm. Ruppels Jr. received word that Dick would be home for Christmas. He is in the army reserves and stationed at Augusta, Georgia. Mrs. George Pulos left Tuesdayj morning for Coulee Dam, Washington, Wash-ington, where she will spend the holidays with one of her daughters and family. Mrs. Clem Labrum and new son, Lynn Wayne, returned home from the Roosevelt Hospital Monday, both doing fine. The new arrival was born Dec. 12 and weighed 6 lbs. and 2 ozs. Proud father and his two brothers and sister anxiously welcomed him home. Mrs. Clyde Kelsey spent two days in Salt Lake doing genealogy work and she also visited with Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Rowley at the LDS hospital. Mrs Emily Wilkerson returned Thursday' after visiting her husband, hus-band, David, who is working for the Strong Construction Company in Springville. Mr. and Mrs. R. S. Jordan left Thursday for CLaremont, Calif., where they will spend the holidays with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Aubrey. |
