Total Allotted Acreage 11,267.26 Each unit, is offered for separate sep-arate lease, for a cash bonus in addition to the stipulated royalties and rental of SI. 25 per acre per anum. The successful and responsible bidders for any iease will be required to pay in advance an annual rental of $1.25 per acre, the cost of advertising adver-tising and a filing fee of $5.00 Tor each lease consummated. .In addition to the filing fee of $5.00 for each lease, an additional addition-al fee of 15c per acre will be charged as a processing, cost of making the lease and clerical service attendant thereto. Successful Suc-cessful bidders will be required to deposit such fees in proportion propor-tion to the acreages obtained 0:1 their bids and before leases ars drawn. A deposit of 20 per cent of the bonus bid and 20 per cent of the advance ..rental for the t:rst year must accompany the UH and be in the form of a certified cer-tified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank, payable pay-able to the Treasurer of the United States. Conditional or alternate bids will not be accepted and no drilling propositions will be considered con-sidered as a part of the bonus offer. The sale will be conducted under regulations promulgated bv the Secretary of the Interior 25 CFR 186, Act of Mav IT. 1933 (52 Stat. 347. 25 U.S.C. 396 a-i), as to Tribal lands, and 25 CFR 189. Act of, March 3 (35 Stat. 781-783, 25 U S.C. 396). as to Allotted lands. Ler.se Fern 5-1 54h will be used foe the Allotted Al-lotted leases and Form 5-157 will be used for the Tribal leases. leas-es. Bids received on Tribal lands will be referred to the Uintah and Ouray Tribal Business Committee Com-mittee for their recommendation as to acceptance or rejection before such bids are referred to the Commissioner of Indian Af-i Af-i fairs, for final action. The Allotted Al-lotted lands are offered subject to the execution of the lease by the adult individual Indian owners. own-ers. The right is reserved by the Commissioner to reiect any or all bids and to disapprove any Ipase made on an accepted bid. Should any bid be rejected after a deposit is made, through no fault of the bidder, all moneys deposited shall be returned. Failure of the successful bidder bid-der to comply with the terms j of the sale and the regulations, will render his deposit liable o 1 forfeiture in (he discretion of i the Commissioner of Indian Affairs. Af-fairs. Leases on Tribal lands filed after 20 days from date of mailing to lessee for execution will be subiect to revaluation of bonus, and sales may be cancelled can-celled and deposits forfeited at the expiration of the 20 days unless for good and sufficient reason an extension of the filing period is granted. The successful success-ful bidder on the Allotted lands will be required to secure the ! signatures of all Indian owners. 1 The lease must be comoleted ; and returned, together with all supporting papers and the remaining re-maining sums due and owing, within 30 days from date of mailing to lessee for execution. An additional period of time will be granted for good and sufficient reason upon request made prior to the expiration of the original 30-day period. The Superintendent reserves the right, as a condition precedent to the granting of any extended period of time for filing a lease, to require the deposit of any remaining sums due and owing on the lease, including the balance bal-ance of the bonus bid and the first year's rental. The lessee must furnish a satisfactory sat-isfactory surety bond as required re-quired by the regulations. All bids must be marked on the outside of the. envelope.
