Show ENROUTE TO GERMANY Captain and Mrs. Frank Mehner and children, Linda and Drew, have been here since Oct. 20, visiting with Mrs. Mehner's mother, moth-er, Mrs. Eva Bellon, and other relatives. They will leave Nov. 30 for Bonn, Germany, where Captain Mehner will be a member of the Military Advisory Group in the U S. Armed Forces for a period of three years. While here the Mehners enjoyed deer hunting with friends Arriving the first of deer hunting hunt-ing season were Mr. and Mrs. Allen Llloyd of Taft, Calif., who were guests at the Clair Larsen residence. A successful hunting trip was enjoyed by the group. Also here for the deer adventure were Mr. and Mrs. Dale Larsen of Salt Lake City. Tuesday guests at the Larsen home were Mr. and Mrs. Pete Purtin of Salt Lake City. Mrs. Robert Ferron left Wednesday Wed-nesday to meet Mr. Ferron at Craig, and accompanied him to Denver on a business trip. Weekend guests at the Sharon Cummings home were her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Thorpe of Wellsville, and also Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Bennett and family of Payson. Visiting with relatives in Roosevelt, Roose-velt, Ioka and Bluebell during the deer hunting season were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Smith and family of Bountiful. Arriving Wednesday for a few days' visit with her parents, the Elmer . Yergensens, was their daughter, Phyllis Torgerson, who is residing in Salt Lake City. |
