Show HOME FOR A VISIT Ben L. Whiting, a brother of Mrs. Sherl Dennis visited at the Dennis home Friday, He is employed em-ployed in the State Department of the US government and for the past three years has been assigned as-signed to the U. S. Embassy in Paris, France. He has a two year assignment in Hong Kong, China and is visiting members of his family as he is eruoute. Fred Whiting of Salt Lake and Clifton Whiting of American Fork, also brothers of Mrs. Dennis, visited here also. Mrs. Ben Whiting and four and one half months old son remained in Salt Lake and will go to Hong Kong with Mr. Whiting. Mr. and Mrs. Milton Lott and daughter, Patricia, returned Sunday Sun-day from Los Angeles where they attended the National Convention of the American Legion and Auxiliary. Auxi-liary. They stopped in Salt Lake as they returned to get another daughter, Gloria, who has been visiting there. Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Murray, from Saturday Satur-day to Monday, were Dr.. and Mrs. Donald LaNaught of Davenport, Iowa who were enroute to Long Beach, Calif, to make their home. Dewey Murray, son of the Murray's, Mur-ray's, who is serving on an LDS Mission made his home with Dr. and Mrs. LaNaught for about a year and is now being transfered to southern Illinois. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Monks and children were Myton week end visitors. Cal returned to Colorado Monday while his wife and family remained for a longer visit. |
