Show Notice of Public Sale UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION The Farmers Home Administration is offering at public sale the following described property, situated in and near Naples, Uintah County, Utah, known as the Lyle E. Gibson property, containing con-taining 81.88 acres more or less. Beginning on the Quarter Section Line South 036' East 1216.2 feet from the center of Section 5, Township 5 South, Range 22 East of the Salt Lake Base and Merdian; thence running South 70 11' West 222 feet; thence North 5022' West 340 feet; thence North 7315' West 242 feet; thence South 8416' West 759 feet; thence South 7755' West 290 feet; thence South 530' East 320 feet; thence South 6645' West 150 feet; thence South 7330' West 235 feet; thence South 1830 West 110 feet; thence West 75 feet; thence North 5745' West 219 feet; thence North 83 50' West 255 feet to a point on the Section Sec-tion line 1510 feet South of the West Quarter of said Section 5; thence South 047' West 1154.6 feet along said Section line to the Southwest Corner of said Section 5; thence East along South line of Section 160 rods, more or less, to the South Quarter Corner of Section 5; thence North 1448 feet, more or less, to beginning, together with all water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights used thereon or appurtenant thereto, and especially 4.5 share of water stock in the Ashley Upper Irrigation Canal, 1.8 shares of decree water stock from Slaugh Gulch and 50 shares of reservoir water rights in the Ashley Valley Reservoir Company; Subject to the exceptions and reservations as contained in the patent from the United States of America; and including partial par-tial Abstract No. 1902. Subject to 'existing rights of way for roads, ditches, and canals; Subject to a right of way for higway known as F. A. P. 96-B as granted to Uintah County by that certain deed recorded January Janu-ary 14, 1932, in Book 28 of Deeds, at Page 290, of the Uintah County Records; Subject to outstanding mineral interests of record, 1956 taxes and WateT Assessments will be prorated at time of sale. Terms: Cash or not less than twenty percent cash with the balance 1 payable in five equal annual installments with interest at the , -rate of five percent per annum and such balance to be secured by a first real estate mortgage on the above described property.
