Show Lapoint Mrs. Mable Jenkins Sarah Rasmussen, of Salt Lake City, and Katie Rasmus-sen, Rasmus-sen, of Bountiful, are visiting Merrell Rasmussen and family, Rulan Rasmussen and family Pearl Norton and family, and Velma Perry and family. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Huber are the parents of a baby boy born September 22 at the Roosevelt hospital. Alice Searles, of Willow Creek, came in to bring her children, Lorna and Brice to attend school. They are staying with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rile Blackburn. . Mr. and Mrs. Edward Fitzgerald, Fitz-gerald, of Salt Lake City, are visiting Mrs. Lcavina Smith and Mr. and Mrs. Darreli Swain. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Stacy and Mr. and Mrs. David I. Wilson, went to Cedar City to visit Mrs. Wilson's sister and brother-in-law, Mr." and Mrs. Bernard Baldwin. Bald-win. They also visited her brothers, broth-ers, A. M. Lamoreaux and D. A. Lamoreaux, at Provo. Lillian and Lou Logan, of San Francisco, visited last week with their aunt, Anna Marcos. Pvt. Boyd Winn has received his discharge and is home from Mather's Field, California. Mrs. Lawrence Abbeglan has bought a home in Vernal and moved there last week. Bill and Clark are taking care of the farm. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Taylor, of Vernal, spent Saturday with Mrs. Roxia Taylor. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Huber are the parents of a baby boy born September 25 at the Roosevelt hospital. Javens Foster, of Salt Lake City, is visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Haydcn Foster. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Sessions, of Vernal, are visiting Mrs. Sessions' Ses-sions' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Huber. Joe Thompson and Sike Thompson are spending a few days at home. They have employment em-ployment on Mousby Mountain., Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Horrocks have gone to Salt Lake City to visit their children. While there they will attend the wedding of their granddaughter, Shirley Horrocks, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Horrocks, of River-ton. River-ton. Sadie Bywater, of Myton, is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Zack Kump, and other relatives. Mrs. Arbie Dudley and daughter, daugh-ter, Freida Ann, of Ogden, are visiting with Mrs. Dudley's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Neu-meyer. Neu-meyer. Mrs. Mary Taylor, of Ogden, Og-den, Mrs. Neumcyer's mother, is also a guest. Mrs. Ronald Horrocks, Reva Workman and Mable Jenkins visited vis-ited Saturday in Vernal with Mr. and Mrs. Lorin Williams and Mrs. Lawrence Abbeglan. A party was given Saturday in honor of Keith Hartle's 9th I birthday anniversary. Games ' were played and refreshments were served to a large crowd.! Mr. and Mrs. Orvel Hullinger, of Vernal, visited Saturday with Mrs. Hullinger's parents. Mr. and Mrs. George Bigelow. DU.P. meeting was held last week ai the home of Mr. and Mrs. Merl Jenkins, directed by Mildred Mowry. Lunch was served by Pearlis Taylor, Lizzie Neilson and Merl Jenkins. Mr. and Mrs. Darreli Swain entered their race horses in the meet, Friday and Saturday. Rodney Horrocks, of White River, has been visiting Mr. and Mrs.- Ronald Horrocks. Mrs. Roy Springer, of Ft. Duchesne, Du-chesne, visited her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. David Jenkins on Wednesday. |
