The water will be diverted and conveyed con-veyed in a ditch and flume, a distance of, 10,000 ft. where it will be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 210 acres of land embraced in Sees. 14, 21 and 22, JT4S, R8W. W. 3753 ft. from SE Cor, Sec. 9 T1S, R4W. 130 sec. ft. The water will be diverted from January 1 to December 31 and conveyed in constructed canals to a proposed storage reservoir on Big Sand Wash, the center of the impounding dam of which is located at the center of Sec. 21, T2S, R3W. The water thus diverted di-verted will be commingled with 30 sec. ft. of water to be appropriated appro-priated from Big Sand Wash, which water is also to be stored in the reservoir to be constructed on Big Sand Wash. The reservoir will have a capacity of 12,300 ac. ft. and will inundate 380 acres of land embraced in Sees. 9, 15, 16, 21 and 22, T2S, R3W. The water so commingled and stored will be released from the reservoir reser-voir from Mar. 1 to Nov. 30 and used by direct application to irrigate ir-rigate 73,000 acres of land embraced em-braced in Sec. 7, 8, 17, to 21 inc., 27, 28, 29, 31 to 34 inc., T2S, R1W; Sees. 12, 13 14. 18, 19, 20 River, tributary to Duchesne and 23 to 36 inc., T2S, R2W; Sees. 21 to 28 inc., and 32 to 36 inc., T2S, R3W; Sees. 1 & 2, T3S, R3W; Sees. 1 to 14 inc., T3S, R2W; Sees. 3 to 10 inc., 16 17 & 18, T3S, R1W.
