Show Myton City News Section American Legion and Auxiliary met at ths home of Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Anderly Friday night Vice Commander James Dalgleish gave a report of the District Conference, Con-ference, which he ixad attended. Program rendred Tuesday at MIA was as follows: Trio, Von-lough Von-lough Babcock, Coleen Curtis and Carl Curtis; talk, Mrs. L. M. Parrish, a history of her Uiree sons who are over seas; solo, Gladys Smith; Talk, Miss Carma Christenson; Piano solo, Archie Curtis; Devere Hancock spoke a few words of his brother, Forest who is over seas. Mrs. N. L. Peterson Peter-son told of her three boys in armed services Then LeRoy Mott A M 3-c gave a talk about himself wlnle being away one and one half years. P T A P T A was held December 2 at Arcadia. Program and dancing and business. Baskets full of lunch were sold to make money. Friday Bridge Mrs. Homer Robinson enter-tianed enter-tianed the Bridge club Saturday. The following were present; Mrs. Floyd Lamb, Mrs. W. H. Linck, Mrs Bliss Lott, Mrs. Lee Cooper, Mrs. W. H. Koelcr, Mrs. Grace Dalgleish and Miss Alice Todd. Ladles Aid Mrs. W. E. Burton entertained the Ladies Aid members Thursday. Thurs-day. They planned for their bazaar ba-zaar and dinner to be held December Decem-ber 9. The hostess, Mrs. Burton, served refreshments. Mrs. Laura Preece went to Salt , Lake City Tuesday to visit her daughter, Edith Nell, who is cm-ployed cm-ployed there. Mrs. Glenn Shelton of Sacramento, Sacra-mento, California went home Thursday. She has been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Nielson. Mrs. Fredrick Musser left Thursday to visit her daughter, Mrs. Homer Brown and family at American Fork. Mrs. Walter Nelson of Challis, Idaho who has been visiting her husband for two weeks went home Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Allen came home Friday from Teasdale and Mt. Pleasant where they were o taking care of business and visit ing relatives. Acel Bingham Jr.,. husband of Ruth Bingham, enlisted in the Navy Tuesday in Salt Lake City. LeRoy Mott G M 3-c left for his base Monday. He visited thirty days with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marrion Mott. Pfc. Harvy Natchees left for his station Saturday. He has been home for a week. Cpl. Russel Paxman, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Paxman, is home on a furlough. Clyde Behunin, son of George Behunin, went to Salt Lake City Friday to report and then on to California where he is called call-ed in the Armed Forces. Mrs. Behunin and children went to visit her mother in Helper. Ladles Aid The Ladies Aid served dinner to the public and sold all their articles that were made for the bazaar Thursday. Rev. and Mrs. Hailwood of Vernal were present. Mrs. S. A. Wells of Vernal were visiting here Thursday. Church News Mrs. Arvilla Day and Mrs. Lela Labrum of Roosevelt met with the Ward Primary workers Sunday. Sun-day. The Roosevelt Stake Relief Society officers and President) Russell Todd were present at the Relief Society conference Sunday. Mrs. Acel Bingham went to Salt Lake City Tuesday on business. bus-iness. Legion And Auxiliary The District commander, Harry Taker of Green River and President Presi-dent Lyle Lamp and district sec. Nettie Miles, district agent, Don Young stopped over Saturday Satur-day night after meeting at Roosevelt Roose-velt and had lunch with Roland Krebs, Mr. and Mrs. James Dal- gleish at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Harris. The following attended meeting at Rooscven where all the post and units ot the county met. Commander ana Mrs. L. P. They were visiting Mr. and Mrs, W. R. Preece Tuesday. Mrs. R. T Bonnin of Roosevelt was visiting in Myton Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Snyder of Strawberry were visiting Mr. and Mrs. Marion Mott last week. Ted Cooper of Salt Lake City is home visiting his family. Mrs. J. R. Bywater and daughter, daugh-ter, Sarah went to Brigham Sunday to attend the funeral of Mrs. ' Bywater's brother, George William Bradford, 62. The servicse will be held Tuesday. Mrs. Merrill Lisonbee . and son came home from Salt Lake City Tuesday. C. C. Cooper of Salt Lake City was visiting over the week end with relatives. Mrs. Earl Hardinger and Mrs. Mont Larsen of Duchesne were visiting Mr. and Mrs. Emery Nielson Saturday evening. Mrs. M. C. and Mrs. Frank Adams were visiting in Roosevelt Monday. Cpl. Russell Paxman, Betty Peterson and Tliressa Nielson were visiting Mrs. Earl Hardinger Harding-er of Duchesne Sunday evening. Major and Mrs. William Lincke went to Salt Lake City to visit folks, attended to business over the week end.
