Show Tridell Mrs. C. E. Meikely Mr. Tryon and two sons and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Gee, of Salt Lake, were weekend visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. De-Vear De-Vear Ross and family. Thursday a costume ball was given under the direction of the M.I.A. Prizes were given for the best costume. Christa Ross, representing rep-resenting the Queen of Tarta, received first prize a dressed chicken. Clyde Merkley, representing repre-senting Peter Pan, received second sec-ond prize a box of candy. Ruth Goodrich, dressed as a snowball, received third prize a little kitten. Reed Morrell and son, from Salt Lake, have been visiting at the home of his brother and sister-in-law, Bishop and Mrs. H. L. Morrell. Friday evening a song-fest was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dick Bigler. Grant Bartlett, son oX Mr. and Mrs. Geo. W. Bartlett, had a Hallowe'en party for his little friends on Friday. The evening was spent playing games, after which refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Von Simper and daughters visited Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Morrell, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Sloan Coverdale have sold their place to a couple in Salt Lake. They will move ! this week. Ray Harvey and son, Jay, of ; Southern Utah, visited Bruce, ; Jim and W. K. Harvey and fam-1 fam-1 ily during the week. ! Mrs. Mignon Mooseman was I taken to the Roosevelt hospital again on Saturday. Mrs. Moose-; Moose-; man has been ill for some time. A birthday surprise party was given in honor of Dewey I McConkie Sunday evening. |
