Show Utah Farm Calendar Nov. 1-9 National 4-H Club Achievement Week. Theme: "Working Together for a Better Home and World Community." The various counties of the state will hold 4-H Achievement exercises. ex-ercises. Radio broadcasts and store window displays will also tell- of Utah 4-H Achievements. Nov. 5 (Wednesday) Piute County 4-H Achievement exercises; exer-cises; 8 p. m.; Circleville. Nov. 6 (Thursday) Box Elder El-der County 4-H Achievement ex-ervices; ex-ervices; 8 p. m.; Tremonton First ward chapel. Nov. 15-19 Ogden Livestock Show. 4-H and FFA entries in cattle, sheep and swine. Nov. 19 (Wednesday) Utah Council of Farmer Cooperative meetings. First meeting at 2 p. m.; second meeting at 7 p. m.. j both in Newhouse hotel, Salt Lake City. All Co-op directors and members, also other interested interest-ed people, are invited to attend. Speakers will include Quentin Reynolds, president, National Council of Farmer Cooperatives and a member of President Truman's Tru-man's Citizens' Food committee, and Dr. Raymond W. Miller, president, American Institute of Cooperation. They will discuss some of the current economic problems facing agriculture, and cooperatives. G. Alvin Carpenter, Utah State Extension marketing specialist, in charge. Nov. 19-21 (Wed.-Fri.) Salt Lake County Farm Bureau meetings meet-ings (a series of seven local annual an-nual reorganization meetings.) Nov. 20 (Thursday) Same set of Farm Co-op meetings at Richfield as to beheld in Salt Lake City Nov. 19 (see above). The 2 p. m. meeting will be held in the Richfield court house, and the 7 p. m. meeting in the tabernacle. taber-nacle.
