Show Mt. Home Miss Margie Nyberg Dave Farnsvvorth is busy taking tak-ing the Mt. Home school census. Bob Richards underwent a tonsilectomy at the Roosevelt hospital on Oct. 27. Mrs. George Walker is staying stay-ing with her mother-in-law, Mrs. Mary Walker, for a week. Mrs. Walker's daughter, Mrs. Arlene Thompson, returned to Los Angeles An-geles on Oct. 26. Mrs. Glen Van Tassell underwent under-went a tonsilectomy in a Salt Lake hospital Tuesday morning, Oct. 28. Mr. Van Tassell returned re-turned home on Thursday. Little Jewel Alexander sprained sprain-ed her ankle when she stepped out of a car. Mrs. Lellis Alexander is in Salt Lake for medical attention. While there she is staying with her aunt, Mrs. Mable Stevenson. The Primary had a Hallowe'en costume party for the children last week. A program and dance were enjoyed after which punch, ice cream and apples were served. ser-ved. A number of young folks attended at-tended the party for Boyd Bleazard Blea-zard honoring his sixteenth irthday anniversary. Those present were Delos and Donna Maxfield and Minnie Lou Jensen, Jen-sen, of Altonah; Veloy Rust, Max Stevenson, Connie and Floyd Lyons, of Mt. Home, and Mrs. LaVerl Gross, of Long Beach, Calif. Garth Van Tassell, of Tabiona, visited with relatives over the weekend. Bishop and Mrs. Grant Thompson, Thomp-son, of Woodland, and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Van Tassell, of Bridge-land, Bridge-land, were visiting at the Van Tassell homes in Mt. Homes last Saturday. Friends and relatives from Heber visited Mr. and Mrs. Grant Stevenson over the weekend while " enjoying the pheasant hunt. A shower was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dave Farns-worth Farns-worth in honor of their daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Minnie McDanniel, a recent bride. . Mr. and Mrs. Dean Walker and family, of Kamas, Mr. and Mrs. Acel Walker and family, of Vernal, Ver-nal, and George Walker, of Pleasant Grove, came in to see their mother, Mrs. Mary Walker. Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Yan Tassell, of Tabiona, visited with relatives rela-tives here Sunday. |
