Show BIG EDUCATIONAL CARAVAN AND SHOW TO BE STAGED IN ROOSEVELT TUESDAY, MAY 9th WACS. WAVES, SPARS And Marines With Band And Entertainers. A Personnel Of 47 People to Visit City Arrangements were made and committees formed at a special meeting Monday evening, called by Mayor George H. Harrison, in response to a call of the State Council of Defense, for the large caravan which will be in Roosevelt Roose-velt Tuesday afternoon about 2 o'clock. Educational Program I Three women officers and eight enlisted women; four men officers and thirty enlisted men with several civilians will make up the caravan that will arrive in Roosevelt about noon Tuesday. Tues-day. There will be an exhibit of 15 motor vehicles, jeeps, amphibious amphi-bious jeeps, guns and equipment, station wagons, personnel buses, Utility trucks, special recruiting trailers, etc. : Big Show I The show which will be held in the Roosevelt theatre will consist con-sist of all or part of the following: follow-ing: Band numbers, war hero experiences, ex-periences, special acts, interviews inter-views of members of the women's wo-men's services, fashion review , of military apparej by the wo-i wo-i men of the four services and the showing , of restricted war pictures pic-tures where possible.
