The young couple were married Monday evening. ev-ening. June 24th in the Myton L D S Chapel with Bishop Herald Her-ald L. Crapo officiating. On Tuesday Tues-day evening the young couple were honored at a reception given giv-en at the home of the brides parents. par-ents. Among those present from Bluebell were Mr. and Mrs. Clause Allred and Mr. and Mrs. Albert. Powell. Mr. and Mrs. Porter Merrell and family of Duchesne visited with relatives in Bluebell on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Smith and three children of Helper are spending their vacation here with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Woodruff Wood-ruff of Salt Lake City visited last week with Wilbur's grand-parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Cook. "Mr. and Mrs. Alma Richmond we.re honored at a reception Tuesday evening, June 25 at the Bluebell Ward Chapel. Punch and cookies were served. Many beautiful and useful gifts were received. The new Stake Relief Society Officers entertained the outgoing outgo-ing Stake Officers Tuesday afternoon after-noon at a lawn party at the Russell Rus-sell home in Mt. Emmons. Several Sev-eral ladies from Bluebell attended. Little Ralph Goodrich had the misfortune to fall out of a tree and break his arm last week. He was taken to the hospital at Roosevelt Roos-evelt for treatment. Among those attending Primary Pri-mary Correlation meeting at Mt. Emmons Saturday evening were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Remington, M.rs. Martha Smith, Mrs. Thelma Cook. Mrs. Garda Seeley, Mrs. Jennie Goodrich, Dollie Bird, Beth Winkler. Mrs Lois Goodrich Good-rich and President Winkler. Mr. and Mrs. Alva Hancock came home last week from Salt Lake City where they have purchased pur-chased a home. Thev will move to Slt Lake within the next two weeks. Several of the men worked Sunday to repair leaks in the canal. Wiley Cook and Evertt Cook, who are employed in Wyoming, are here visiting their parents. Mr. and Mrs. Arvil Goodrich and daughter, LaRae, and son, Brent, of Pocatello, Idaho are here visiting Arvil's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred . Goodrich, and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. James Bird and family left last Tuesday for a vacntion in Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Monson arc the haopy parents of a baby boy, born Tuesday morning at the Roosevelt hospital. Mrs. Monson was brought home Sunday because be-cause the hospital is so crowded. |
