Show Utah in the Countv of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, COM-PANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by Farm-ington Farm-ington Acres, a Partnership, as Trustors, and recorded December De-cember 18, 1980 as Entry No. 582035 in Book 851 at pages 447 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of C. Taylor Burton Family Limited Partnership (now owned and held by C. Taylor Burton Family Ltd. Partnership by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded re-corded January 29, 1982 as Entry En-try No. 608351 in Book 891 at page 752 of said Official Records. Re-cords. Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder bid-der for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty war-ranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property at adjoining adjoin-ing Great Salt Lake and the North line of Centerville, in County of Davis, State of Utah: Beginning on the West line of a County Road at a point North 89 degrees 27'02" West 286.88 feet along the Section line and South 10 degrees 44' 16" East 533.92 feet from the North Quarter corner of Section 36, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, and running run-ning thence West 3787.37 feet; thence South 0 degrees de-grees 25'26" East 945.73 feet; thence South 67 degrees de-grees 26'01" East 729.54 feet; thence South 71 degrees de-grees 30' East 65 1.89 feet to a point 30.0 chains South along the Section line from the Northwest corner of said Section 36, thence South 52 degrees East 428.89 feet along the meander mean-der line of the Great Salt Lake; thence East 2472.25 feet to the West line of said road; thence North 10 degrees de-grees 4416" West 1726.81 feet along said road to the point of beginning, containing contain-ing 137.892 acres, less that acreage in the following exception ex-ception of 6.774 acres, leaving leav-ing a net acreage of 1 3 1 . 1 1 8 acres, more or less.
