Show F F A of sevier schools attend utah state fair three bus loads of future farmers of america from the richfield south sevier and north sevier high schools attended the state fair in salt lake city saturday and on sunday had the pleasure of joining the crowds that welcomed president franklin D roosevelt and his party during their short stay in salt lake at the union pacific depot the boys watched the judging lof of the F F A exhibits at the fair and were rewarded for their work in making the exhibits possible by receiving prizes the richfield chapter won quite a distinction when it received five first places for ent entries in the sheep exhibit including first for chapter exhibit and individual prizes for first places won by sheep owned by bill street sterling peterson and calvin boswell A number of second third and fourth prizes were received virgil keate won first prize in the exhibit of sugar beets accompanying the richfield students was their instructor hn R adams |
