Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Our File No. 4880 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 4th day of January, 1984, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., at the main entrance entr-ance of the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, the undersigned, Michael A. Katz, as Attorney for Trustee Deseret Federal Savings and Loan Association, Associa-tion, acting pursuant to the power of sale conferred in that Trust Deed executed by William Wil-liam J. Anderson, Greg T. Kerr and Kevin Adair, as Trustors, and recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder Re-corder on June 6, 1980, as.En-try as.En-try No. 5661 13, in Book 826, at page 625, will sell at public auction au-ction to the highest bidder, the interest Conveyed to the Trustee Trus-tee by said Deed in and to the property therein mentioned and described, located at 400 North Main, Unit No. 9, Bountiful, Boun-tiful, Utah, and being more particularly described as follows: fol-lows: Unit No. 9, Park Place Condominiums, a Utah Condominium Project with Declaration of Condominium Con-dominium and By-Laws filed of record with the Davis County Recorder, as Entry No. 539293, Book No. 782, Pages 36-77; 36-77; and the Record of Survey Map filed as Entry En-try No. 539292, Book No. 792, Page No. 35, on July 26, 1979. Together with an undivided un-divided .0314 ownership own-ership interest in all "Common Areas and Facilities"; Together with an exclusive ex-clusive reservation of right in and to parking Unit No. 9 in said common com-mon area and facility; Together with rights-of-way over and across all those portions of driveways and parking areas described as common com-mon areas. Purchase price payable at the time and place of sale in lawful money of the United States. The sale will be made without covenant or warranty regarding title, possession or encumbrances, for the purpose pur-pose of paying the obligation secured by such Trust Deed, including fees, charges and expenses ex-penses of the Trustee, sums, if any, expended under its terms thereof, and interest thereon.
