Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder bid-der on the 23rd day of October, 1984, at 10:00 A.M., at the front entrance entr-ance of the County Courthouse at Farm-ington, Farm-ington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by KAY M. LEWIS, Trustee, and TRANS-AMERICA TRANS-AMERICA FINANCIAL FINAN-CIAL SERVICES, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by CARL MATTSSON and JAY SOUTH-WICK, SOUTH-WICK, his wife, as Trustors, and recorded November 3, 1980, as Entry No. 578499 in Book 846 at Page 140 of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of said beneficiary benefici-ary by reason of certain cer-tain obligations secured se-cured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded June 20, 1984, as Entry No. 675477 in Book 995 at Page 16 of said official Records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described properly located at 415 West 3 5 0 South, l.ayton, Utah: All of Lot 8, BROOK HURST-SUBDIVISION, HURST-SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of part of Section 29, T ownship 4 North, Range I West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, according to the official plat thereof, for the purpose of paying obligations secured se-cured by said Deed of Trust, including fees, charges and expenses of T rustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of T rust, interest thereon, and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed ol Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
