this is the new city administration directing now the destinies 0 of the city of richfield after the affairs had bad been turned over to them in the special meeting held tuesday january 3 at 12 noon the old city council convened for their last meeting a few minutes before 12 mayor R D young in the chair councilman peter neilson offered the prayer a few remaining routine matters of minor importance were quickly disposed of and then mayor young rose for his farewell address my association and labors with this splendid body of ladles ladies and gentlemen he said was or of a most pleasant nature I 1 never worked with people more conscientious and to whom the welfare of this city was more of the paramount issue than this excellent body perfect harmony prevailed in all our
