SHERIFF'S SALE To be sold at sheriff's sale on Saturday the 30th day of April 1932, at 12 o'clock noon at th'j front door of the County Court House in Manti, Sanpete County, Utah, the following described real estate and personal property, to-wit: to-wit: Parcel of land situate in Mt. Pleasant City, Sanpete County, State of Utah, described as: Beginning Be-ginning at the Southeast corner of Lot four (4) in Block thirty-one thirty-one as platted in Plate "A", Mount Pleasant City Survey; thence North 9M rods, thence West 6 rods 5 feet; thence South 9V4 rods, thence East to place of beginning, 6 rods 5 feet, containing contain-ing 54-1-7 square rods, more or less. Together with all the water right thereunto belonging. Also a note for the sum of $5,000.00 dated January 23, 1910, signed by John T. Fisher, Mary E. Fisher, Sam C. Trude and Winifred Trude, in favor of C. E. Lloyd and F. S. Parkinson. Also a contract dated October 18, 1927, between Joseph N.
