Show O.E.S. Officers Visit Chapter 10 Officers of the grand chapter C. E. S. of Utah made an official visitation to Ivy Chapter No. 10 Friday evening. The visitors were: Mrs. Rhoda A. Conely, grand matron, Mrs. Frances G. Shields, grand secretary, secre-tary, Mrs. Ena M. Senior, grand conductress, Mrs. Margaret J. Carter, grand marshal, Mrs. Gertrude Ger-trude E. Benjamin and Mrs. Susie Corfield, past grand matrons, and R. L. Conely, past grand patron, all of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Hazel E. Robbe of Bingham, associate grand matron; Laurence E. Howard How-ard of Brigham City, associate grand patron; Mrs. Gladys B. Titley, grand organist and Mrs. Anna R. Houston, grand warder, of Ogden; Mrs. Bessie R. Grimm, grand Ruth, and Mrs. Myrta B. Blumenthal, past grand matron, of Provo, and E. W. Wall of Mt. Pleasant, past grand patron. Other Oth-er guests were present from Gunnison, Gun-nison, Milford, Provo, Salt Lake and Ogden. A banquet in the dining hall of the First Presbyterian church for seventy five guests preceded the chapter session. The evenings speakers included Mrs. Conely, Mrs. Robbe, Mr. Howard, Rev. N. R. Smith and E. M. Oualtrough. Reports of the past year were read by the secretary, Mrs. Margaret Mar-garet A. Hone and Mrs. Fred Rasmusscn read a history of Tvy Chapter. On behalf of the chapter Mrs. Keuseff presented a gift to Mrs. Conely. Music for the evenings entertainment enter-tainment was furnished by Miss Mvrt'.e Johnston, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley H. Gill. Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Brunger, Mrs. Margaret W. Hone and W. K. Throndson. |
