Show 1 1 MORONI j By Special Correspondence , Mrs. Elizabeth D. Larsen o Spring City was the guest last weelc of her daughter, Mrs. Marvin Anderson. An-derson. ! The West ward M. I. A. presented present-ed the play, "Success" in the west ward chapel Wednesday evening. The cast included the following: Glendale Larsen, Harold Christensen, Christen-sen, Marvin Draper, Jay Jensen, Uray Larsen, Julius Christensen. Ellen Sorensen, Ida Draper, Muriel Monsen, Lucille Christensen, Ruth Nielson, Lapreal Morley, Iona Clow-ard Clow-ard and Udell Anderson. The Sorosis Club met Thursday afternoon at the club rooms. Mrs. Cleon Anderson gave a reading, and Mrs. Joseph Prestwich gave a reading. read-ing. Mrs. Morgan Lamb and Mrs, 3. D. Anderson were the hostesses. Refreshments were served to the following: Mrs. Ellis Draper, Mrs. Lloyd Blackham, Mrs. Mert Draper, Mrs. Joseph Prestwich, Mrs. Marvin Anderson, Mrs. Lewis Blackham ana Mrs. Cleon Anderson. The Five Hundred Card club met at the home of Gwen Blackham on Wednesday evening. Those present pres-ent were the Misses Sarah Kellett, Alice Brunner, Matilda Abescher, Eva Barrett, Vivian Anderson, Mrs. Clecphia Christensen, Mrs. John Andersen, Mrs. Leonard Anderson, Mrs. Winnie Rasmussen, Mrs. Reva Lunberg, Mrs. Ruelon Johnson and the hostess. Mrs. Reva Lundberg received first prize and Miss Vivian Anderson received the consolation prize. Refreshments were served. Miss Anna Laura Staples was a special guest. ' Mozell Hansen and family have returned to California, where they intend to make their home. Mrs. Oscar Hansen went with them for a short visit. |
