Show THE TIMPANOGOS HIKE The Kiwanis Club of Provo, is planning plan-ning to build one of the biggest bonfires bon-fires ever erected at Aspen Grove for the Seventeenth Annual Timpanogos hike which will occur this year on July 20 and 21, under the direction of Brigham Young University in cooperation cooper-ation with the Provo Chamber of Commerce. Com-merce. Indications are that the gather ing will be equal to if not greater than anv ether gathering of its kind, according ac-cording to E. L. "Timpanoge Roberts, organizer and chief director of the hike. The following information has been given out by the committee to guide those who expect to take part in the pilgrimage to the summit of the Wonder Won-der mountain: A good road, which on July 20 and 21 will be well policed, awaits the hiker He may come to Provo and then drive his own car to Aspen Grove on July 20 or he may come by way of American Fork Canyon. Those who take the hike must provide pro-vide their own food and bed. A store on the grounds, however, will have all kinds of food stuffs to sell at approximately approx-imately valley prices. The program in the Theatre 01 tne Pines wiH begin about 8:30 and will last until about 10:00 o'clock after which the huge bonfire will be hghMI with appropriate ceremony.
