Show Local Poultrymen Sponsor Lectures Gunnison Valley poultrymen, and those who are contemplating engaging in business, will be able to gain a volume of knowledge in the enterprise during the comina whiter, according to plans jusi completed by the Gunnison Valley Val-ley local poultry producers. Officials Offi-cials of the Utah Poultry Producers Produc-ers association, as well as locai enthusiasts, who are experts in the business, have ajreed to take an active part in the lesson of instructions in-structions and the lectures will, undoubtedly, prove a great advantage advan-tage to the poultrymen already engaged in the business and to these who contemplate embarking in the business. There is room for 100,000 more laying hens in the valley, said a poultry grower, and the idea is to enthuse more to engage m the business. The climatic condition in this valley, as has been proven, is unsurpassed anywhere. The mild climate during most of tne winter, the splendid conditions during the summer, the absence of fog and dampness, has proved the assertion that this valley is exceptionally adapted to poultry During the lectures this winter, which will be frequent, new ideas will be explained and thorough instructions in-structions will form the theme of education in this particular lint cf business, and it will be show, that this valley is more ideaUj adapted than any part of the state.-Gunr.ison Valley News |
