Show Notice To Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, November 25, 1930 Notice is hereby given that the Horseshoe . Irrigation Company, whose post office address is Spring City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 incl. to appropriate 20 c. f. s. of water from two unamed tributaries tribu-taries to Black Canyon Creek in Sanpete County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at two points as iollows: Ditch No. 1. 380 ft. S. and .7 ft. E. from the S.',i cor. Sec. 15. t in s R 5 v... S.L.B. & M. and Ditch No. 2, at a. point 2650 ft. W. ind 2440 ft. S. of the S'4 cor. said Sec. 15. The water diverted into 3itch No.. 1 will be conveyed a di ance of 3400 ft. and the water iiverted into Ditch No. 2 will be :onveyed a distance of 2700 ft. where t will be commingled at a low lass between Oak Creek and Black Janyon thence conveyed a further distance to the Oak Creek 'Channel rom which it is rediverted by neans of the canals and laterals perated and owned by the Horse-hoe Horse-hoe Irrigation Co. The water ill be used from April 1st to July ith incl, of each year as a supple-lental supple-lental supply to irrigate 1900 acres t land embraced if! parts of Sees. !, 29, 30, T. 15 S., R. 4 E., S.L.B. : M.
