Show Jugoslavian Cabinet Resigns Belgrade Jugoslavia's cabinet, headed by Nikola Ouzounovitch, resigned re-signed Tuesday. The resignation Is considered a direct outgrowth of the signature of the recent Italo-Albanian treaty, which is looked upon here as virtually isolating Jugoslavia.
