Show Spirit of Peace Again Wins Geneva, Switzerland Conciliation again has triumphed at Geneva in the peaceful shaping of Franco-German relations. After days of doubt, almost al-most despair, M. Brland and Gustav Btresemann, as well as Sir Austen Chamberlain, M. Vandervelde, Signor Bcialola and Viscunt Ishll, reached an accord whereby interallied control of German armaments will cease January 81, 1927, and will be merged into a system of league of nations investigations investiga-tions by commissions to examine German Ger-man armaments when protests are made that the reich Is not fulfilling the conditions of the Versailles treaty.
