Following the regular chapter jess. on a banquet for forty guests ' wete served by Mesdames C. A. Hone, E. W. Wall, I. E. Jorgensen. ' E. M. Johnston, C. H. Eatinger, i Miss Drusilla Meyrick, and Miss Ida Lovell. A gift from the chapter to the grand lecturer was presented by Mrs. T. M. Keusseff. In addition to toasts and responses by the visit- ors and ollicers of the chapter, a short musical program, including three piano selections by Miss Grace Mae j Sample and a vocal solo "Star of the East" by I. E. Jorgensen with piano accompaniment by Mrs. E. W. Wall was enjoyed. Mrs. Ramey and Mrs. Landmesser were quests of Professor and Mrs. C. L. Johns during their two days visit in Mt. Pleasant. |
