Show THE ART EXHIBIT A largely attended reception and musicale was given by the clulb "'0m.-en "'0m.-en of the city under the direction of Mrs. H. C. Jacobs, at the art exhibit at the high school taiiildiiLg Thursday Thurs-day afternoon. Music for the afternoon wa3 furnished fur-nished by Miss Irene Bruce, Miss Alma Al-ma Mc Neal, and Miss Nathalie Jacobs Ja-cobs of Wasatch Academy, and Phil Andersen, Hilman Snell, Gilbert Childs, Miss Maude Jensen, and Prof. Fred Fjeldsted of Snow College at Ephraim. Short adresses were made by Prof. Joseph Jenkins of Snow College and Mrs. H. C. Jacobs, chairman of the department of fine arts of the Utah Federation of Women's Wom-en's Clubs. Following the musicale punch and wafers were served under un-der the direction of Mrs. M. A. Winters, Win-ters, and a social hour and a round ,able discussion of the exhibit paint-ngs paint-ngs was enjoyed. |
