Show FAIRVIEW WOMAH TAKEN J! REAPER Lnn'gely attended funeral services were held September 18, for Mrs. Caroline Miner on the lawn of her sons residence. Bishop Peter Nielson, Niel-son, presided. The combined chiors of the Fairview ward3 led by Stanley Brady furnished music. Floyd Young sanr; "That Wonderful Mother of Mine", a d'uet was given by Stanley Brady and Jesse L. Young "Hope Beyond." Priryers were by A. U. M'noin and Amasa Rasmussen. Speakers Speak-ers paid glowing tributes of honor and respect to her memory, were, A. L. Carlston, Andrew Miner, of Tetona, Idaho Albert Slewart, Chancy Howell and Bishop Nielson. Five sons and a son in law acted as pall bearers. The flowers were profuse, I hey were carried by 'her grand daughters. Interment was in the Fairview cemetary where Henrv Jones dedicated the grave. Mrs. Carl-line Carl-line Nielson Miner was born in Aah-arus, Aah-arus, Denmark, came to Utah wllli her parents in 18C2. She married Alma L. Miner In 18C8, had twelve children eleven of whom survive her She also leaves 85 grand-childn'ii and 2f) great grand children. Mrs. Miner had a very pleasing personality was always cheerful she was alwav.i kind and generous to those in need. .She worked in the Manli Temple in connection with her husband for most of two years and lived the life of a faithful latter day saint. Mrs. Miner was known for her artistic needle work. She made most of lhc Temple aprons in Fairview for years Relatives from five stateB, also from Salt Lake, Provo, Nephi, Sprin-ville. Sprin-ville. Mapleton, Thistle and Castle Dale came to attend the funeral |
