Terry's Concert Band, composed of both boys and girls, greets them at the depot with patriotic selections. Later La-ter the whole community turns out and gives them a royal welcome with public programs and entertainments. entertain-ments. Three more soldiers have returned to Fairview this week. All were discharged dis-charged with honor. Frank Larsen and Coleman Pritchett came from. Camp Lewis Tuesday, and Roscoe Cox returned Wednesday. He has been in the service for more than 18 months. He trained first at Camp Kearny; was home on a furlough last June and then went to Annapolis and would have been in the thick of the fight in less than a week if the Armistice had not been signed at the time it was. Roscoe landed in the United States on January 21st and has since been at Camp Merrit, Camp Grant and Camp Funston. Funs-ton. He has had some very interesting interest-ing experiences. |
