Show FOUXTAIX GREEN. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Chapman received receiv-ed a visit from the Stork on Sunday May 31st., and were presented with a baby girl. Mr. and Mrs. Willie Collard are rejoicing over the birth of a son. Born June 1st. George Green is very ill suffering from typhoid 'pneumonia. Among the visitors to this city for Decoration Day were Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Olyroyd of Provo, Mr. and Mrs. Mc. Olsen of BrLgham City, Mrs. Louie Longston of Brigham City, Mr. and Mrs. Will Adams of Pleasant Grove, and Mrs. Cordelia Angel. Mrs. N. P. Aagard and daughter have returned1 to Fountain Green, having spent the winter in Provo. Mrs. Hyrum Andereson was a visitor visi-tor at the Home Coming of the B. Y. U. Students at Provo. Funeral services were held in the Ward Meeting House on June 1st. for Nephi Robertson, one of Ft. Green's well known citizens. , The Ward Choir furnished the follownig songs, "O My Father" and "Nearer My God to Thee". Prayer was offere'd by Elder Ed. Sorensen. Bishop J. T. Oldroyd conducted the meeting. The speakers wer Elder Will Adams of Pleasant Grove, Elder Lars Neilson and Counsellor Lewis Neilson. All three spoke of the part ithe deceased had taken in the early days of this City. He was a pioneer held the position of calvalryman in thee Black Hawk War. Words of praise and admiration were said of his patriotic aittude in this Community. Com-munity. Att th etime the first three volinteers left Fountain Green for training this patrotic old veterian was seen to kiss the Stars and Stripes Mr. Robertson's grandson was one of the three volinteers. He was, a great reader, thinker and historian, a great admirer of Washington and Lincoln. To make a visit to his home was an inspiration, for there Could be seen pictures of our Presidents, Presi-dents, the American Eagle, and most beautiful picture featuring the surrender sur-render of General Lee to General Grant. At the first issue of he Liberty Li-berty Bonds, Mr. Robertson walked Into he Bank and said, "Here is the savings of many years, and I want to invest it in Liberty Bonds. He was well versed on the doings of the Government. In Politics he was a Staunch Republican. The Deceased was born in Green County, 111., Jan. 26, 1840. And he died May 29, 1920. He leaves a Widow Wid-ow and the following children, one having preceded him Mrs. J. N. Mad-sen, Mad-sen, Hyrum A. Robertson, Mrs. G. F. Allred and Mrs. Clara W'ileox of 'Fountain Green, Edgar Robertson, Mrs. Lavina Madsen, Mrs. Ellen J. Anderson, Anderson of Nevada and Mrs. Sarah Livingston of Ft."
