It does not add anything to the name. But it does present a most unw elcome invitation in-vitation to the stranger that comes within our gates. It. gives him an unsightly view and a filthy, odor as he approaches and a "pfew -hada" expression as he comes to Mount Pleasant. Think or it! Most places bid the stranger welcome, but here it a ppears that a stranger would be a brave mnn to pass the dumping .err' inds. The mayor ought to object to it The City Council ought to prohibit pro-hibit anynnn Irom making sii'-h a place near the highway.
