i NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION. j Notice is hereby given .that a special election has been called by the City Council of Mount Pleasant, ' in Sanpete county, state of Utah, and ! will be held in Mount Pleasant, on ; Saturday , the 17th day of May, A. I D. 1919, for the purpose of submit- ting"to the qualified electors of said ' city the question of incurring a bond- ed indebtedness of said city for the ' purpose of supplying said city with I water, (the works for supplying said ! water being owned and controlled by ; the municipality), in the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars, to bear interest at not more than 6 per cent per annum, and to be payable not' more than twenty years after date of issue. At such election the qualified electors elect-ors of Mount Pleasant, who shall have paid a property tax in the year preceding the election, may vote upon up-on the question of the city incurring so.id bonded indebtedness. Ballots will be printed and fur- nished to the qualified electors, which shall read: "For the issue of lioi'ds: Yes. No." . , There will be one polling place for sill persons in the city qualified to vote, which will be at City Hall, in said city. PoVs will he open at 7 o'clock a. n.. and close at 7 o'clock p. m.
