Show cin is hi FOR GEIIEP, WATER At a special session of the Mount Pleasant City Council held -at the City Hall Wednesday eveninn it was decided to put foiih efforts to secure butler water for the city. The following resolufion was passed pass-ed and it is expected that the citizens citi-zens will unite with the officials in Retiring better water: Order for submitting quothm of iu-oiurlng iu-oiurlng bonded indcbetediit'ss for stippl.viny; tl;e city with water. Whereas the existing water supply for the municipal water-works, owned own-ed and controlled by Mount Pleasant, is insufficient for the needs of the inhabitants of the city; And whereas in order to accuire a ru'licient supply of water for said purpose, the city will be required to expend the sum of .twenty-five thousand thou-sand dollars, and to raise said suin it is necessary to incur a bonded indebtedness, in-debtedness, according to law; And whereas the city council has decided to submit the question of incurrirn a bonded indebetedness in said amount for said purpose, to the qualified electors o'f said city at a special election; Now therefore, it is hereby resolved re-solved and ordered by the City Council Coun-cil of Mount Pleasant, in Sanpete county, state of Utah, that the question ques-tion of incin-ring a bonded Indebtedness Indebted-ness of said city for the purpose of supplying said city with water, (the works for supplying said water being owned and controlled by the municipality), in the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars, to bear interest at not more than 6 per cent ' per annum, and to be payable not more than twenty years after date, ',' be submitted to the qualified electors ; of said city, at a special election ; hereby called for that purpose, to be 1 held on Saturday, the 17th day of May, A.
