The queen of Siam owns a toilet article which is altogether calculated to fill the hearts of all other ladies of the kingdom with ardent desire and envy. For the queen is the happy possessor of a veil capable of beautifying beau-tifying her face most wonderfully. This veil is a delicate tissue of the. finest threads, hut woven so as to have some resistance. Tart of this three-meters-long veil Is intended to conceal the face, while the remainder Hows down over the figure fig-ure and closely nestles to the body.
