Show Board Accepts Belgian Plan Paris. The reparations commission late Thursday unanimously accepted the Belgian compromise on the German Ger-man moratorium proposition. M. Dubois, the French member of the commission voted with his colleagues after a long interview between sessions ses-sions with Premier Poincare. The commission rejected the motion of Sir John Bradubury of England for a moratorium mor-atorium without further guarantees by a vote of three to two. The first ballot bal-lot of this motion was a tie, France and Belgium voting against the proposition prop-osition and England and Italy for it. M. LHibois as president of the commission com-mission then cast his second and deciding de-ciding vote. |
