Show MOROXI. The M. H. Ladies club met Thursday Thurs-day afternoon at the home of Mrs. Celia Nelson. A talk on parlimentry law was given by Mrs. Ella Crawford. Craw-ford. Nineteen members were present. pres-ent. Luncheon was served. Covers were laid for Lola Olson, Clara Blackham, Callie Olsen, Ran-del Ran-del Nelson, Spencer Christensen, and Lafayette Morley at a chicken dinner party given Sunday night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dan-- Olson. The remainder of the evening was spent in cards and music. A baby boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. Josiah Blackham Tuesday morning. morn-ing. Several car loads of people came to Moroni from Ephraim. Friday evening to attend the basket ball .game between the teams of the Snow Academy and the Moroni High School. The game ended in a score of 20 to 23 in favor of the Snow Academy team. The Parent-Teachers association met Thursday evening at the high 'school building. A short program was rendered and the plans for the new high school building were examined exam-ined and discussed. Mrs. T. M. Henry, who has been visiting here since New Years day, 'left Tuesday for her home in Salt Lake Cfty. Mrs. Ferd Anderson of Twin Falls, Tdaho ' is here vi3iting her mother, Mrs. Thomas Morley. A pleasant surprise , pai;ty . was given Mr. and Mrs. Tom Bailey Thursday evening. .Music, luncheon and progressive high five were the features. Prizes were awarded to Mrs. Ray Blackham, Rhul Syme and Lenard Tidwell. A midnight luncheon lunch-eon was served. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Richard Syme, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Blackham; Mr. and Mrs. Lenard Tidwell, Mr. and Mrs. Rhul Syme, Mr. and Mrs. Therin Syme, Mr. and Mrs. E. C.
