Show F.VIRVIEW. j ! Miss Effie Webb, domestic science teacher of the Snow-Normal College, spent Saturday and Sunday as the guest of Mrs. Henry Terry. Mr. and Mrs. Hans Madsen who spent the past month visiting Mrs. Mary C. Tucker returned this week to their home in Iowa. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Stocks went to Idaho last week. Mrs. Lawrence Allred went to Murry Tuesday where she will visit her sister, Mrs. James Carlston. Mrs. Maria Carlston has been very ill the past three weeks. Last Friday evening Mr. and Mrs. Henry Terry entertained the members mem-bers of Terry's Concert Band. The evening was spent in games an'd music. Dainty refreshments were served to twenty-five guests. Ross Vaiice has lately purchased the home of Albert Peterson on main street. Mrs. Lawrence Larsen has purchased pur-chased the home formerly owned by Ross Vance. On Tuesday evening a number of friends of Myron Johnson gave him a surprise party in honor of his blrtn-day. blrtn-day. The evening was spent in merry games and luncheon was served serv-ed to fifteen guests. The ladies Literary club met at the home of Mrs. Jesse Turpin November 19th. Original stories were given by members. Prizes were awarded to Mrs. H. M. Rasmussen and Mi. Rlisie Sorenson. Delicious refresh-nents refresh-nents were scved to sixteen ladies. Mrs. Fred Olsen of Trovo is visiting visit-ing at the home of her mother, Mrs. Swen O. Nielson. |
