Show Huerta Asls The United States To Withdraw O'Shaughnessy Villa Says He Will Not Make War With U. S.; Still Going to the Border I Huerta has requested, the United States to withdraw Nelson O'Shaughnessy, O'Shaugh-nessy, American chaige d'affaires at Mexico City. The action of General Huerta in asking the withdrawal of Mr. O'Shaughnessy O'Sh-aughnessy and giving him his passports, pass-ports, technically constitutes complete com-plete breach of diplomatic relations between the United States government govern-ment and the de facto government of General Huerta. General Carranza's note to President Pres-ident Wilson declaring the seisure of Vera Cruz by the American forces a violation of the national sovereignty sovereign-ty of Mexico, inviting the United i States to suspend ho'stile operations and withdraw its forces, and suggesting sug-gesting that the constitntional government gov-ernment should receive demands for reparation of offenses committed by Huerta stirred the Mexican situation I to a new and acute crisis. The opposition to the American government's action, coming from an unexpected quarler brought the government gov-ernment face to face with possible hostility from the great body of Mexican Mex-ican forces lying in proximity to the southern tier of the Unile.il States.
