Show New York and Its Millinery. Whatever may be said about the dresses, which are for the most part very freakish and unbecoming, there Is little, or no adverse criticism about the hats, which are really lovely and of great diversity cf shapes and color. Many of these are veiled with printed chiffon, net and lace, and are very soft and dainty, although al-though they have not the flufliuess characteristic of the lingerie bebe hat.
