Show Sanpete to Have Exhibit at Irrigation congress $250. Appropriated by County Commissioners Toward Sanpete Display. W. O. Knudsen of Brig-ham City, who is a member of the Executive Committee of the Irrigation Congress called upon the Pyramid last Friday and informed us that he had made a special trip to Sanpete county to assist as-sist the people in getting up a good exhibit of the soil products raised under irrigation. Mr. Knudson met with the County commissioners Wednesday of last week and they were anxious to have Sanpete County properly represented at the Irrigation Congress. $250.00 were appropriated by the commissioners commis-sioners to help raise a fund sufficient for the purpose. The state has appropriated ap-propriated $20,000.00 for the purpose pur-pose of making this a complete success suc-cess and advertise the resources of our state to the 20,000 visitors who will come from other states, showing them what a wonderful community we really are. It is the desire of the state to have every county represented. Mr. Knudson says that Sanpete will have a good display put up in an attractive attract-ive manner; Arrangements have been made to have a man there who is well versed on the conditions in the county to give information to people who wish to know of the resources of the county.
